Insurance Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview State Farm Insurance Agent located in Ballston Lake, NY is seeking an outgoing, career‑oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Tom Bullock – State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Benefits & Compensation
Hourly pay plus commission/bonus.
Compensation $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening.
People‑oriented.
Detail oriented.
Proactive in problem solving.
Dedicated to customer service.
Pride in getting work done accurately and timely.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to multi‑task.
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
