About the Role: The H-D Vehicle Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail operations by delivering exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to prospective buyers. This position focuses on guiding customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. The associate will leverage their understanding of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and related products to match customers with the ideal vehicle that fits their lifestyle and preferences. Additionally, the role involves maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals, contributing to long-term dealership growth. Ultimately, the H-D Vehicle Sales Associate is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets while upholding the brand's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience selling Harley-Davidson motorcycles or similar brands. Knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory status using dealership management software. Collaborate with the service and finance departments to facilitate smooth transaction processes and customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training and product knowledge sessions to stay current with new models, industry trends, and sales techniques. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business opportunities.
