Cabinet Salesperson

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cabinet Salesperson with a strong background in working with builders and contractors. The ideal candidate will have proven success in driving cabinet sales, managing builder relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, technical product knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and other key partners in the construction industry. Identify sales opportunities and present cabinet solutions tailored to client needs. Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and design layouts for builder projects. Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and installation, to ensure timely project completion. Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity. Attend job sites and builder meetings as needed to support project planning and sales objectives. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. Qualifications: Minimum of 35 years of cabinet or kitchen/bathroom sales experience, preferably with builder accounts. Strong understanding of cabinet design, materials, and construction processes. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with design software, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits. Preferred Skills: Experience with high-volume builder accounts. Familiarity with construction timelines and scheduling processes. Knowledge of current trends in kitchen and bath cabinetry.
