Responsibilities: Assist technicians find the best part at the cheapest price Order parts and write accurate purchase orders to match Repair Order Understand and control of parts inventory Creating bin locations for new stock Notify of shortage & damage discrepancies Prepare items for returns and shipping Keep things in a neat and orderly fashion Follow all company safety policies and procedures Other responsibilities may be assigned Maintain accurate records Other general tasks and related duties as assigned Qualifications: 2 Years of Parts Experience required Must be detail oriented with a strong work ethic Must have excellent phone and customer relation skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Should have excellent problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and work in a high-paced environment Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and perform duties accurately Energetic and professional, with a strong desire to succeed Effective Communication Skills Must possess a professional appearance and work well with others Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR What We Offer: Competitive pay plan based on experience and performance Full-time in position M-F Flexible Hours anytime between 8:00-6:00 Busy, growing dealership!
