The Sales & Customer Support role provides critical day-to-day support to our B2B customers and our Sales organization. This position ensures accurate and timely order processing, assists with pricing and promotional compliance, coordinates logistics, and responds promptly to customer needs. By delivering reliable, high-quality service, this role helps maintain strong customer relationships and enables the Sales team to drive growth and results. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Service Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently while identifying potential up-sell or cross-sell opportunities. Deliver exceptional customer service through professional, responsive communication. Order Management Process, track, and manage customer orders, returns/credits, and inventory availability. Ensure orders meet stated timelines and follow internal standards and procedures. Problem Resolution Investigate, address, and resolve customer or sales concerns quickly and effectively. Provide clear communication and follow-through until issues are fully resolved. Relationship Management Build strong rapport with customers and internal partners. Document interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate to develop solutions. Product & Process Knowledge Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of Lipari Foods' product lines, programs, and internal procedures. Use product knowledge to support customer needs and enhance the customer experience. Knowledge & Experience High School diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer servicefocused role. Proven track record of customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Proficiency with computer systems used for communication, order entry, and order tracking. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet performance and productivity expectations.
