Our compensation structure includes: Competitive commission-based pay plan Performance-based bonuses and incentives Earning potential aligned with production and volume Compensation complies with California pay transparency requirements and will be discussed in detail during the interview process. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships Assess customer vehicle needs through effective communication and active listening Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, including test drives Guide customers through pricing, financing introductions, and purchase paperwork Explain vehicle features, warranties, and delivery process to ensure satisfaction Follow up with prospects to generate repeat and referral business Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, self-motivated, and performance-driven mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required Valid California driver's license and insurability required Why Join Jerry Seiner San Juan Capistrano Honda?
