We are seeking a highly capable, discreet Personal | Executive Assistant to support a fast-moving CEO and family in Bridgeport, Connecticut. This is a right-hand role for someone who thrives in a high-expectation environment, anticipates needs before they are voiced, and takes full ownership of outcomes
not just tasks. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, exceptionally organized, and comfortable managing both professional and personal logistics with equal precision. This role requires sound judgment, strong communication, and the ability to operate independently while maintaining absolute discretion. Key responsibilities include: Managing a complex and frequently shifting calendar Coordinating domestic and international travel Handling personal and household logistics with care and efficiency Supporting family needs as they arise Overseeing vendors, service providers, and household inventory Creating and maintaining organized systems that allow the principal to operate seamlessly Occasional (and infrequent) travel with the client This is a hybrid role between a private residence and office setting. While standard business hours apply, the position requires responsiveness and flexibility when priorities shift. Requirements: 5+ years supporting C-suite executives or UHNW principals Demonstrated success managing complex schedules and travel Highly tech-savvy and detail-oriented Exceptional discretion and professionalism Strong references and willingness to complete a background check Must be legally authorized to work in the US Ideal candidates are located within a commutable distance; client is open to relocating a ROCKSTAR candidate!
