Mission Federal Credit Union is looking for an experienced Real Estate Loan Servicer II to join our Loan Servicing team. In this highly detail-oriented role, you'll support our members, ensure loan accuracy, manage key loan servicing functions, and help uphold our commitment to exceptional service. If this sounds interesting to you, below are a few more details: Deliver exceptional member support Set up and quality-check new mortgage loans Manage subordinations, modifications, and PMI removals Process credit disputes and SCRA/CMVC requests Track loan maturities, balloon payments, escrow holdbacks & more Ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless member experience Here is what we are looking for: 3+ years of loan servicing experience Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently with high attention to detail Experience with MSP, Servicing Director, or Symitar is a plus What we offer: Great team!
