Customer Service Representative
Aspen Waste Systems of Colorado is a privately-owned, growing company providing waste and recycling collection services for commercial and residential customers in the Denver metropolitan area. Aspen Waste Systems of Colorado is currently accepting applications from career-minded individuals to join our administrative team as a Customer Service Representative. This position offers qualified candidates the opportunity to join a dedicated staff that performs important work processes for Aspen's Colorado hauling operation. Essential duties and responsibilities: Handles a large volume of incoming calls and addresses the customer inquiry in an efficient and professional manner. Manage all customer service requests for Residential and Commercial customers. Troubleshoots and resolves potential issues before they result in service issues. Accurate and timely data entry. Direct route drivers to customer locations. Customer account maintenance as required. Completion of other business processes. Qualifications: High School Diploma required Great telephone skills with a focus on providing superior customer service Attention to detail and accuracy Adaptable Excellent 10-key skills preferred Proficient in the use of a PC with the ability to learn unique software applications Effective problem analysis and problem-solving skills Positive and proactive work attitude Ability to work well with other team members Exemplary attendance record Pay and Benefits: Starting pay range is $20.00/hour - $25.00/hour.
