We're seeking a motivated and personable Outside Admissions Representative for our North Andover campus to join our mission and connect prospective students with our hands-on training programs. What You'll Do:
Visit prospective students and their families locally (in-home or in public spaces) to share information about NETTTS programs Present materials, complete interview forms, and help candidates start their admissions process on the spot Guide applicants through next steps, including paperwork and financial aid connections Collect enrollment deposits and ensure proper documentation is submitted Follow up by phone with your campus team and complete reports on interviews/home visits Work toward enrollment goals while building genuine, supportive relationships with prospective students Maintain records and support long-term student retention Occasionally assist with job placement activities and community outreach What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in admissions, sales, or a customer-facing role Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect High school diploma/GED required (college degree a plus) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (daytime and occasional evenings) Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented A genuine passion for helping others take the first step toward a better career Why Join NETTTS?
