As you build experience in distressed listings, you will also learn how to elevate these properties into strong market offerings, applying many of the same strategic principles used in luxury listing representation. Responsibilities

Learn and execute luxury listing presentation strategies

Guide sellers through pricing, preparation, and listing timelines

Manage active listings from launch through closing

Communicate clearly and professionally with luxury clients

Coordinate showings, feedback, and negotiations

Follow proven systems for follow-up and client care

Maintain market knowledge specific to luxury real estate

Uphold brand and service standards throughout each transaction

Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly

Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings

Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business

Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals

Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales

Qualifications

Active real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions

Interest in specializing in luxury listings

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Coachable mindset and willingness to learn from top producers

Professional presentation and attention to detail

Comfortable with performance-based income

Self-motivated and accountable

Desire to build a long-term career in luxury real estate

Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis

Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
