In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding prospective students through their admissions journey. This position requires effective communication, adherence to compliance standards, and a dedication to providing excellent service to our future students. Accountabilities

Consistently evaluate monthly activity against minimum activity standards.

Develop and manage action plans to meet qualitative performance standards.

Assist prospective students through the admissions process in compliance with regulations.

Identify student prospects and understand their educational needs through various communication methods.

Develop rapport with students and maintain contact throughout the enrollment cycle.

Collaborate with departments such as Financial Aid and Academics to provide high-quality service.

Provide quality service to Veterans and coordinate events with organizations and students.

Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.

2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.

Computer skills required, with experience in Google products preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Positive attitude and self-motivating work style.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.

Capability to use school systems and databases effectively.

Flexibility to adapt to changes in the work environment.
