Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator (Onsite)
Derby Dental Laboratory Inc, Louisville, Kentucky, us, 40201
Derby Dental Lab
is a growing, family‑foundered dental laboratory based in Louisville, Kentucky. We serve dentists across the region with high‑quality restorative solutions and pride ourselves on craftsmanship, relationships, and continuous improvement.
We’re building systems to scale and looking for someone who wants real responsibility, hands‑on experience, and the opportunity to grow alongside a fast‑moving business.
About the Role We are hiring an onsite
Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator
to support our outside sales team and internal growth initiatives.
This is an individual contributor role focused on execution and ownership. You will not manage salespeople. Your job is to help them succeed by keeping projects moving, organizing sales tools, coordinating marketing efforts, and supporting leadership with insights.
You’ll work directly with ownership and collaborate closely with sales reps, customer service, production, and leadership.
This role is a great fit for someone who is driven, organized, tech‑comfortable, and looking to grow with a company that values ownership and initiative.
What You’ll Do
Work with sales reps, CSRs, and leadership to understand what tools and materials help them succeed
Help organize and maintain our sales platform (iCortica) to match real‑world workflows
Assist with creation and upkeep of simple sales playbooks and reference materials
Coordinate messaging and materials that support cross‑selling and customer retention
Ensure reps always have current collateral, samples, and system access
Gather feedback from the field and internal teams to improve sales support resources
Marketing Projects & Collateral
Coordinate website updates and content changes
Manage sales collateral projects (flyers, product sheets, sample kits)
Work with third‑party vendors when needed
Keep marketing materials organized and up to date
Track timelines and help move projects to completion
Proactively identify outdated materials and initiate refreshes
Content & Social Media
Plan basic monthly content
Capture short‑form video and photos using iPhone and simple tools
Edit raw content using accessible software or AI tools
Schedule and post social media content
Highlight products, shop activity, sales reps, and educational topics
Create content sales reps can easily share
This is about consistency and authenticity, not high‑production branding.
Analytics & Reporting
Track basic performance metrics
Pull KPI data from internal systems
Help leadership understand what products and messaging are gaining traction
Identify areas of friction between sales and production
What We’re Looking For
Self‑starter with strong follow‑through
Organized and comfortable managing multiple projects
Tech‑comfortable and willing to learn new systems
Basic content creation ability (video, social, simple editing)
Analytical mindset with spreadsheet familiarity
Coachable and growth‑oriented
Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing/lab environment
Dental experience is not required.
Graphic design experience is not required (basic familiarity with templates is helpful).
