
Interface with prospective students in support of their decision to attend the nursing school programs at Felbry. Respond to application questions, conduct tours of the facility, interview perspective students and plan open house events. Other tasks include development of marketing materials and the ability to meet the school’s quantitative and qualitative goals and objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Schedules and conducts tour of facility with perspective students.
Professionally assists prospective students through the admissions process by phone or by email, in accordance with all applicable federal and state regulations, school policies and procedures, and in compliance with all accrediting standards and requirements.
Conducts interviews and evaluates the prospective student’s qualifications while providing clear and concise information to help the student make an informed decision on the program offering.
Sorts through candidate applications, responds to questions, and performs an evaluation summary of overall status.
Requests necessary documents, forms, and open checklist items.
Responsible for all online or phone recruitment of students.
Assists with the overall development of marketing strategies for the school to include Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, website, etc).
Creates recruitment and marketing materials such as flyers and website content.
Updates and maintains information packets on all programs.
Distribute flyers to target markets.
Hosts monthly open house events and sends out invites through direct email, Facebook, word of mouth, web and clinical site (partners), and church organizations (as applicable).
Provides clerical assistance to management as necessary.
Consistently achieves the expected goals and objectives of quantitative and qualitative metrics as defined including, but not limited to: Enrollment Targets of a minimum of 20 students per cohort period and a minimum of 5 new student leads generated each week per program which results in a minimum of 5 entrance exams scheduled per week.
Responsible for database and generates a weekly report of statistics that is emailed to management. Stats include new student names and the number of new student calls generated each week.
Special projects as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Two years of experience in Admissions, Sales, or Customer services in a medical field or medical career college.
