Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cleveland, TN. A Real Estate Agent at Williams & Williams Realty Services will manage client relationships, guide clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, and conduct property showings. Additional responsibilities include preparing market analyses, negotiating contracts, and staying up-to-date on market trends and local real estate laws. As a representative of the Dreamcatcher Team, you will ensure excellent customer service and tailor strategies to meet each client's unique needs.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in negotiating contracts, marketing, and sales strategies
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and legal requirements
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong analytical skills for conducting competitive market analyses
A valid real estate license and demonstrated experience as a real estate agent
Proficiency in real estate technology tools and platforms is a plus
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment
