As a Tire Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles by expertly handling the dismounting, mounting, and balancing of tires. In addition to tire services, you will also install various products sold at our store. Your key responsibilities include driving customer vehicles onto the lift, securing them properly, and reattaching tires and wheels to guarantee safe operation. Requirements
Job Qualifications: Experience with tire-related tools and equipment is advantageous. A valid driver’s license is required. Education Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent. Essential Job Functions: Ensure vehicle stability on the lift for safe service. Carefully dismount and remount tires and wheels onto vehicles. Handle wheels and tires without damage during service. Utilize all equipment and tools safely and as trained. Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Exemplify excellent customer service and satisfaction. Adhere to safety protocols and company goals. Non-Essential Job Functions: Assist with accurate inventory control. Complete necessary paperwork and related tasks. Support customer relations initiatives. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace daily. Safety Requirements: Follow safety guidelines outlined in the Employee Safety Manual. Understand and practice proper lifting techniques. Ensure daily housekeeping standards are met. Report any accidents or incidents to your supervisor immediately. Weight Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 45 pounds. Capable of performing repetitive movements associated with tire services. Other Duties/Responsibilities: Be open to taking on additional tasks as needed. Pay Details Pay rates may vary based on specific locations, ranging from $16.00 to $19.50 per hour.
