Find acquisition properties Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network Investment property lead generation Investment property lead follow-up Listing appointments Investment property buyer and seller sales Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed Follow up on all leads and requests for information Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract Qualifications
Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions Great communication Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented Compensation
