Rise Modular, LLC is a leading construction technology company that designs, engineers, and manufactures full volumetric modular units for inclusion in multi-family apartment and hospitality development projects. Its headquarters are based in Minneapolis, Minnesota & Production Facility in Owatonna, Minnesota. Rise is entering the Denver market and is looking to add talent to our Field Ops Team to help manage and direct our on‑site scope of work.

We’re looking for a working superintendent who leads from the field, isn’t afraid of tools, and personally drives quality, schedule, and closeout. The Superintendent is responsible for all on‑site construction setting and project turnover activities. Field service of multi‑family and hospitality construction projects includes coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are strictly followed, and that work proceeds on schedule and within budget. This position supports the internal Rise Construction Services Team by assisting in scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job‑site safety. Functions include site preparation inspections for setting, crane/setting, modular shuttling, and weather protection of the project. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, interior punch and turnover, establishing and maintaining costs and budgets, and supervising each job through project turnover and owner sign‑off. This is a hands‑on working superintendent position.
What You’ll Do
Own on‑site execution from modular setting through final owner sign‑off
Lead subcontractors, technicians, and Rise field staff on site
Actively manage schedules, inspections, quality control, and safety
Run weekly project and safety meetings
Maintain daily logs and photo documentation in Procore
Coordinate subcontractor work and jurisdictional inspections
Identify issues early and push solutions fast
Hands‑On Punch, Repair & Warranty (Core Responsibility)
Interior punch list completion and finish repairs
Drywall patch, texture, paint, and touch-ups
Door, hardware, window, cabinet, and fixture adjustments
Minor carpentry, trim, blocking, flooring, and tile repairs
Caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing
Minor plumbing and electrical fixture replacements
Warranty and service issue troubleshooting
Maintaining a clean, safe, organized jobsite
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of verifiable construction superintendent or trade‑based experience
Strong hands‑on trade knowledge in wood‑framed multi‑family or hospitality construction
Modular construction experience preferred, not required
Solid understanding of building codes and inspections
Proven ability to manage subs and complete field work
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office
Strong communicator with clients, inspectors, and internal teams
Construction Management or related degree a plus
Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting, carrying, climbing, and regular use of hand and power tools
The salary range for this role is $90,000 – $125,000 (annually). Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Rise Modular’s Total Rewards package for employees.
