Senior Financial Analyst
who can go beyond reporting to build scalable frameworks, uncover profitability drivers, and help leadership understand what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what to do next.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own Financial Insights That Drive the Business
Lead financial analysis and forecasting across brands, product lines, and sales channels
Build scalable models to evaluate
pricing, cost structures, and gross margin performance
Conduct
variance and bridge analysis
between operational sales data and financial results during month‑end close
Analyze
SKU‑level trends
and identify risks, opportunities, and profitability drivers
Improve Accuracy, Visibility, and Scale
Manage tracking and reconciliation for
vendor co‑op marketing, rebates, discounts, and reimbursements
Evaluate the impact of
Amazon fees, promotions, and pricing changes
on margins
Develop recurring and ad hoc reporting for leadership to support data‑driven decisions
Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Operations to ensure accurate revenue recognition and financial integrity
Solve Root Causes, Not Just Symptoms
Collaborate with Brand, Supply Chain, IT, and Operations to resolve discrepancies and data quality issues
Identify process gaps and recommend
system or workflow improvements
Support development and maintenance of
controls documentation
to ensure audit readiness and compliance
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
4–7 years
of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or forecasting within
high‑volume retail, e‑commerce, or consumer goods
Expert‑level Excel or Google Sheets
skills for financial modeling and large dataset analysis
Experience with
BI tools
(Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with
SQL
Strong understanding of: Gross margin, COGS, pricing, and profitability analysis
Revenue reconciliation and variance analysis
Vendor co‑op marketing, rebates, and promotional discounting
Amazon fee structures or e‑commerce financial operations (preferred)
Ability to translate complex financial data into
clear, actionable insights
Proven success collaborating cross‑functionally across Finance, Operations, IT, and Brand teams
