Personal Lines Account Manager

OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES
Process service-related requests in compliance with company standards, including certificates, endorsements, cancellations, auto ID cards, transmittal emails, and claim submissions
Support the pre-renewal and renewal process by ordering loss runs, updating Indio, gathering applications and materials, and maintaining Excel schedules and certificate holder lists
Assist the Account Manager with policy tracking and checking, premium audits, agency bill invoicing, and premium finance arrangements
Generate basic quotes using carrier platforms; complete ACORD applications; maintain accurate documentation and databases in EPIC
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, clients, and internal teams.
Participate in required trainings, assist with training of Account Assistants, and perform other assigned duties
QUALIFICATIONS
Resident State Agent’s License or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire
Successful completion of Total CSR within 90 days of becoming licensed
Insurance industry experience preferred
College degree or equivalent experience preferred
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.
