Senior Manager, RGM Capabilities – S4/o9 Key User
The Senior Manager, RGM Capabilities – S4/o9 Key User is responsible for leading system integration, reporting validation, forecast accuracy governance, and acceptance testing across Sales and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) platforms. This role ensures data integrity, reporting accuracy, and successful S4 integration across commercial systems, while driving cross‑functional coordination and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities Testing & System Integration
Lead report testing for TPM and Spark, including data and field validations between source and target systems.
Support constrained forecast validation across reporting platforms (DSR, Spark, Tableau, etc.).
Execute S4 integration testing across Sales systems (TPM, BW, Power BI, Tableau).
Lead and coordinate S4 UAT testing activities within Sales systems.
Orchestrate end‑to‑end acceptance testing across commercial teams.
Provide thought leadership in defining thresholds for base and incremental acceptance testing.
Forecasting & Analytics Governance
Validate promotion drivers in o9 using Power BI, TPM, Tableau, and Excel.
Ensure holistic forecast accuracy results, including Base + Incremental acceptance testing.
Apply deep understanding of forecast accuracy metrics, bias analysis, and base vs. incremental performance.
Evaluate promoted vs. non‑promoted results and ROI principles to ensure commercial effectiveness.
Data Quality & Issue Management
Conduct ongoing data quality reviews and manage defect resolution processes.
Delegate promotional remediation activities to CCMs based on Data Quality dashboards.
Identify root causes of system and data discrepancies and drive corrective actions.

Technical understanding of system integrations and data interfaces
Data modeling and validation expertise
Strong issue resolution and analytical problem‑solving skills
Ability to lead cross‑functional testing efforts and coordinate stakeholders
Additional Information Duration: 8+ Months Location: East Hanover, NJ Rate: $50‑$55/hr. on W2 (based on experience)
