
Responsibilities
Analyze, support, and recommend the design, implementation, and evaluation of pricing initiatives, including: Category pricing strategies; Passenger occupancy optimization; Promotional and discount strategies
Evaluate pricing and promotional effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations to improve revenue and occupancy performance
Support the Pricing Director with insightful analysis and reporting to inform pricing decisions
Review and assess pricing initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
Implement and leverage advanced analytics tools and methodologies to support revenue optimization
Develop and enhance pricing models and analytical frameworks to improve decision‑making for Revenue Management analysts across markets
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
Convert complex datasets into concise insights, dashboards, and narratives that support strategic decisions
Develop executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations clearly communicating pricing performance, trends, and recommendations
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Revenue Management, Finance, and Analytics teams as needed
Requirements
Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization
Proven ability to transform data into insights, recommendations, and actions
Strong analytical modeling and problem‑solving skills
Experience supporting Pricing, Revenue Management, or Commercial teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create clear, persuasive PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership
Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment
Preferred Experience
Prior experience as a Senior Pricing Analyst or similar role
Background in pricing strategy, revenue optimization, promotions, or demand management
Experience supporting multi‑market or large‑scale pricing initiatives
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
