Sr. Sales Associate, Residential Real Estate, Custom Mortgage The Residential Rest Estate Sr. Sales Associate on the Private Banking, Custom mortgage team monitors loan portfolios of Private Bank/Merrill Lynch clients, specific to mortgage products ranging from basic to highly customized arrangements. Possesses a high degree of mortgage knowledge including product, compliance, underwriting, and collateral requirements. Works closely with the Residential Real Estate Specialist, PCAs, PCMs and FAs in structuring and pricing. Interacts directly with clients. Serves as primary contact with client for all necessary follow up and information throughout the loan process. Explores opportunities to further/deepen the client's relationship by leveraging all areas within BAC. Looks for potential cross sell opportunities. Previous residential mortgage/HELOC experience in the HNW Custom Mortgage arena requiring a minimum 4-10 years and regulatory requirements demonstrating a commitment to professional ethics by complying with all Federal and State compliance policies and HMDA requirements. This position may be responsible for the provision of residential mortgage loans, and as such, is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since this position requires SAFE Act registration, employees are required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Pay range $87,000.00 - $138,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
