Role Description As our Paid Media Specialist, you will play an integral role in shaping and executing the Liquitex global paid media strategy, working closely with an external agency partner to drive full‑funnel performance across channels. The role focuses on delivering compelling, disruptive advertising that reflects our brand positioning, engages target audiences, and delivers against defined performance metrics.
You will coordinate the implementation of global paid media activity across North America, the UK, and France, managing day‑to‑day agency execution to achieve traffic, revenue, and ROI targets within assigned budgets. You will ensure efficient use of media spend and act as the key liaison between the agency and internal teams, providing clear feedback on creative performance and asset needs to support ongoing optimization and delivery against the strategy.
You will collaborate closely with the full brand team, Ecommerce team, and commercial colleagues in addition to being the primary contact with the external agency.

Role Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the Liquitex global paid media strategy in line with the role’s purpose, working in close partnership with the performance marketing agency.
Translate global brand, campaign, and eCommerce priorities into clear, actionable paid media briefs across full‑funnel objectives, including always‑on brand building, core campaigns, NPD launches, and DTC performance.
Ensure paid media activity reflects Liquitex’s brand positioning, tone of voice, and creative standards across all platforms and markets.
Collaborate closely with Brand, eCommerce, and commercial teams to align paid media plans with wider marketing and trade calendars.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for the external paid media agency, ensuring clear communication, strong collaboration, and effective delivery.
Review, evaluate, and challenge agency proposals to ensure optimal use of agency capability, strong strategic rationale, and maximum performance impact.
Serve as the key liaison between agency and internal teams, providing structured feedback on creative performance, asset needs, and optimization opportunities.
Work closely with the DTC and Ecommerce teams to ensure paid media activity supports commercial objectives and conversion goals.
Performance, Optimization & Analytics
Partner with the agency and internal stakeholders to support the setting of annual and campaign‑level KPIs across traffic, revenue, ROI, and efficiency metrics.
Monitor performance across channels, contributing to ongoing optimization of targeting, formats, creative, and spend to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Maintain global dashboards to monitor key metrics
Support regular performance reviews, using data and insights to inform recommendations and next steps.
Provide clear performance and analytics updates, aligned to business needs, to help assess effectiveness and inform decision‑making.
Budget Management & Efficiency
Manage and track paid media budgets across markets in line with assigned allocations.
Ensure efficient use of spend, monitoring pacing and performance to maximize return on investment.
Support forecasting, reporting, and reconciliation processes in partnership with Finance, Ecommerce, and agency teams.
Collaborate with Social, CRM, EM, Ecom partners to ensure paid and organic communications are aligned and working together to fuel reach, engagement, and conversion.
Share insights and learnings from paid media activity to inform broader content, campaign, and channel planning, including any specific consumer trends.
Contribute to continuous improvement of ways of working, tools, and processes related to paid media execution.
Share best practices and key learnings with cross‑brand peers.

Strong understanding of e‑commerce and DTC environments, with knowledge of key performance levers across the funnel
Demonstrated experience managing external agencies and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders

Strong project management capability, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple workstreams
