The Role As a
Custom Home Construction Superintendent , you’ll be the on-site leader responsible for delivering exceptional high-end residential projects from framing through final completion. You’ll manage trades, schedules, quality, and communication—ensuring every home reflects KLM’s standards.
This is a
hands‑on, field‑based role
for a superintendent who takes pride in craftsmanship, leadership, and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily on-site construction activities for custom residential homes
Manage schedules, sequencing, and trade coordination
Lead daily or weekly trade huddles to maintain alignment and accountability
Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance
Communicate clearly with clients, architects, designers, and internal team members
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Uphold quality standards from rough framing through final punch
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of residential construction superintendent experience
Custom or high-end residential experience required
Strong plan reading and construction documentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple trades and timelines
Client-first mindset with strong communication skills
Ownership mentality—follows through and solves problems
Trade background or hands‑on construction experience is a plus
Preferred (not required)
OSHA 10 certification
Procore experience
Base Salary:
$60,000–$90,000 (based on experience)
Annual performance bonus
PTO + paid holidays
