
Associate, Infra and Real Assets Investment

Role Overview The Investment Associate will support the Global Infrastructure & Real Assets Investment team by providing transaction support in deal execution (GP‑led secondaries, LP portfolio secondaries, co‑investments, and primary fund selection), asset management, and other ad‑hoc projects and initiatives to promote growth of the team and wider business.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate investment opportunities through financial modeling and due diligence
Prepare and present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee on deal findings and other analyses
Assist with deal closing processes alongside the legal counsel
Assist in the management of existing portfolio funds and investments
Active oversight and monitoring of key deals across portfolio
Support client and fundraising requests and participate in client and fundraising meetings
Conduct market and sector research for use in pitchbooks, client materials or external publications
Represent the team and build rapport with partners and counterparties by attending GP/company board meetings, industry events, and other ad‑hoc meetings
Knowledge & Experience Required
Prior knowledge and deal experience (2+ years) in infrastructure & real assets, private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or related roles
Strong financial modelling skills (DCFs, Project Financing, LBOs) and comparative analysis, ability to understand financial statements, interpret and calculate key financial metrics
Analytically rigorous with an understanding of the fundamentals of different infra (sub) sectors
Ability to learn quickly, take initiative and handle a large amount of responsibility early on
Interest in working in a fast‑paced deal execution environment with the ability to perform well under pressure with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines
Self‑motivated and resourceful; able to multi‑task and focus on delivering results
Strong problem solving, influencing and relationship building skills – ability to build relationships internally and externally with General Partners, clients, brokers, consultants, and management teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with specialization in business administration or finance, engineering or related fields. MBA, CFA are a plus
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Willingness to travel on a varying basis
Expected Base Salary Range $120,000 – $135,000
Actual base salary is determined by a range of factors including individual experience, skills and qualifications.
