Responsibilities
Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Qualifications
Real estate license or pursuing the required Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends Display a people-oriented, positive, and client-focused attitude Willingness to learn new tools, mindsets, systems, and technologies Display excellent verbal and written communication skills Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations Show good organizational and time management skills Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills An established track record of successful real estate sales At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Compensation
