The Cash Management Specialist is responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting Cash Management and Merchant Services products and services to
established business customers and targeted prospective corporate clients. This position will work closely with the Director of Cash Management Sales and Director of
Merchant Services in supporting Q products for business customers and prospects. This position will contribute to the Bank’s deposit and Merchant Services growth strategies and goals and generate additional revenue through the sales and service of Cash Management products. This person will coordinate ACH Processing, Commercial
Deposit Accounts, Online Wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Merchant Services and other similar products in support of the Director of Cash Management
Sales and Director of Merchant Services.
The Cash Management Specialist is a member of the Cash Management Sales Team reporting to the Director of Cash Management Sales. This individual is responsible for managing, maintaining and developing relationships with current and prospective customers throughout the entire bank footprint. This will require working closely with the
Director of Cash Management Sales, Director of Merchant Services, Cash Management Sales Team, Cash Management Operations Team, Relationship Officers and other
similar departments.
Essential Functions
Coordinates bank efforts to review, define and expand current Cash Management programs Monitors and analyzes relationships to determine profitability and make recommendations regarding accounts to be further developed or eliminated Sets up new account relationships and Cash Management products, following applicable banking guidelines and regulations Coordinates execution of all necessary implementation agreements, contracts and documents and reviews documents to ensure proper execution Responsible for managing the end-to-end client implementation process of all Cash Management and Merchant Services products and services Provides ongoing relationship servicing with current customers to maintain goodwill and gain additional business Work with Relationship Officers to help provide Cash Management and Merchant Services solutions Meet with existing customers and prospects to discuss business needs and recommend ways in which the bank can help provide business solutions to all their financial needs Solidify customer retention efforts by providing a superior level of customer service Coordinates with various departments (Trust, Investments, Branches, Operations, Etc.) in the servicing of routing transactions and in solving customer issues Services as a representative in various civic and community functions to further enhance the banks image and develop additional business Travel when necessary (which may include overnight) for business development, training and providing support to locations as needed Provide support on Merchant account research Coordinates with Director of Merchant Services on new and existing Merchant Services clients to ensure a positive relationship Complete merchant account service and maintenance requests Compile data for Merchant Services and verify new account deposits Works on special projects as needed Perform other duties as assigned Skills

Preferred – Bachelors or better in Finance or related field. Experience
Required – Good analytical, communication and sales skills Preferred – 2 years of Banking experience, including operational and technical knowledge Licenses & Certifications
