We are hiring entry-level Real Estate Investment Deal Finder to help source, analyze, and execute investment deals.
This is a commission-only, performance-based role designed for motivated individuals who want real exposure to real estate investing and acquisitions — not administrative work.
No prior real estate experience is required. Training and systems are provided.
What You’ll Do
Identify on-market and off-market residential investment opportunities
Analyze properties against a defined investment buy box
Communicate with homeowners, real estate agents, and internal team members
Assist in negotiating and structuring acquisitions (including creative finance)
Support deals from initial lead through contract and closing
This is a territory-based role. You will be assigned a specific market (or bundle of towns) once hired.
Compensation
Commission-only
Paid per closed deal
Compensation is funded directly from deal proceeds
No base salary or hourly pay
No cap on earnings
This role is best suited for individuals who want performance-based upside, not guaranteed income.
