Essential Functions: The Hospice Liaison or Account Executive oversees generating and coordinating new hospice business across existing and new accounts, identifying new markets, and ensuring the seamless care of referred patients. Your primary responsibility will be acting as a bridge between the agency, hospitals, the medical community, and various referral sources. This role will require educating the community and healthcare professionals about hospice services. With daily interactions between patients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders, you will ensure proper communication and documentation for continuity of care. This position frequently involves working outside of the office to carry out these duties effectively. Qualifications: A passion for serving patients and families and providing exceptional care Education:

Minimum of an Associate Degree in a relevant field or proven work experience in a health-related area. Experience:

2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting, preferably hospice. RN license required. Required:

Reliable transportation and the ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs while effectively bearing the weight of an average adult.
