Responsibilities Drive new business for DRH Insurance Group through prospecting, networking, community outreach, and phone-based outreach; meet with prospects by phone, in-person, and virtually to assess needs and present tailored insurance solutions; build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and referral relationships; achieve sales goals; provide excellent customer service; and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required

Previous Sales Or Customer Service Experience Preferred

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners

Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems preferred
