We are seeking a
hands‑on Controller
to own accounting accuracy, month‑end close, inventory integrity, and consolidated financial reporting across the 3LED platform.
This is an execution‑first accounting role. It is not a CFO‑track position.
Position Summary The Controller will be responsible for the full‑cycle accounting function across multiple divisions, ensuring clean financial reporting, strong internal controls, and disciplined month‑end close processes.
This role requires comfort working in operational environments, including time spent at manufacturing facilities to support inventory accounting and cost discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Own the
monthly close process , including general ledger oversight, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
Manage
multi‑entity consolidations
and intercompany accounting
Ensure accurate
inventory accounting , WIP tracking, and cost accounting
Maintain GAAP‑compliant financial reporting
Oversee financial statements and management reporting
Strengthen internal controls and accounting workflows
Partner with division leaders to improve financial discipline and data accuracy
Support ERP system usage and accounting process improvement
Coordinate with external CPA firm on tax filings and audits
Monitor cash flow and working capital
Qualifications
8+ years of progressive accounting experience
Proven ownership of full
month‑end close
Experience in
manufacturing, distribution, or inventory‑intensive environments strongly preferred
Solid understanding of
inventory accounting, cost accounting, and reconciliations
Experience with
multi‑entity accounting and consolidations
ERP experience (NetSuite, Rootstock, SAP, or similar)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
CPA preferred
