Temporary Assignment Summary Support timely and accurate cash control processes, answer incoming calls, and make outreach calls to collect payments, which directly impact operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent phone and other customer service
Perform credit and collection activities
Provide administrative support to team
Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED
2 years Customer Service, Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit/Collections, or Credit Recovery experience
Technical Skills and Knowledge
Knowledge of general business/office procedures
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Good Oral and written communication skills
