
A growing medical device business is hiring a Medical Device Sales Representative to drive revenue across an assigned territory. This is a field-facing role focused on building strong clinical relationships, increasing product adoption, and delivering a high-touch customer experience across hospitals, clinics, and specialist practices.
You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and territory planning through to onboarding, training, and account growth—working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and long-term retention.
What you’ll do
Manage and grow a defined territory, delivering consistent monthly and quarterly revenue performance.
Develop relationships with decision-makers and clinical stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams.
Identify new business opportunities, expand into existing accounts, and build a reliable pipeline.
Deliver product demonstrations and in-service training to clinical teams.
Support case coverage as needed, ensuring a high standard of service and outcomes.
Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM updates, and activity reporting.
Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and operations to ensure customer success.
What you’ll bring
Proven B2B or medical sales experience (medical device experience preferred).
Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building and structured follow-up.
Confidence presenting to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
