We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented

bilingual (English/Spanish) Tenant Relations Coordinator

to support a portfolio of multifamily apartment communities across San Francisco. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds, and takes pride in creating positive living experiences for residents. The Tenant Relations Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for residents, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and high levels of satisfaction while supporting property management operations. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests (in English and Spanish) Coordinate communication between residents, property management, and maintenance teams Track and resolve resident issues in a timely and professional manner Support conflict resolution and maintain positive community relations Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and resident portal messages Maintain accurate records in property management software (Yardi) Assist with property management duties as needed (tenant notices, move ins/move outs, emergency/after hours calls, etc.) Qualifications

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) BA/BS preferred. Experience in property management, customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional, calm, and solution-oriented demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi preferred Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously Desired Attributes
