About the Role We’re looking for a
Junior Creative Designer
to join our Brand and Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help bring our brand to life across digital platforms—designing visuals that inspire, inform, and engage. From campaign assets to social media graphics and internal communications, you’ll contribute to creative projects that strengthen our brand and support company growth.
What You’ll Do
Design marketing and brand assets for digital campaigns, presentations, and internal initiatives.
Create visuals for web, email, and social media that align with our brand identity.
Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
Support website updates and content design (WordPress experience a plus).
Assist with motion design and animation for social or digital ads (After Effects experience a plus).
What You’ll Bring
1–2 years of experience in graphic or digital design (agency or in-house experience preferred).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work.
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; After Effects a plus).
Understanding of
digital media design , including web, social media, and responsive layouts.
Keen eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency.
Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Nice to Have
Basic animation or motion design experience (After Effects or similar).
Familiarity with
WordPress
or other CMS tools.
Experience designing within established brand systems and evolving them creatively.
Pay Range: $50,000-60,000 per year
