Role Overview As the Head of Business Development, you'll have a big mission. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be steering the strategic growth and expansion of our property management portfolio. This position identifies new business opportunities, cultivates strong relationships with property owners and investors, and develops data‑driven growth strategies that align with our operational capabilities and long‑term objectives. The Head of Business Development professional conducts comprehensive market research, prepares and negotiates management proposals, and partners closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding of new communities. THis role plays a critical part in strengthening our market presence and driving sustainable company growth. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manager. Key Responsibilities Lead the identification and pursuit of new management opportunities by analyzing emerging markets, ownership groups, development pipelines, and competitive activity to expand the company's portfolio strategically.

Develop, strengthen, and oversee high‑value relationships with property owners, developers, investors, brokers and key industry partners—serving as a senior relationship steward to drive long‑term business growth.

Design and implement enterprise‑level growth strategies with clear KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and continual pipeline development.

Direct comprehensive market research and competitive intelligence efforts, including pricing analyses, revenue modeling, feasibility assessments, and identification of new revenue streams that support strategic expansion.

Oversee the preparation, delivery, and negotiation of proposals and RFP responses, ensuring compelling positioning and alignment with client needs and company capabilities.

Lead financial feasibility and evaluate profitability, operational readiness, and risk profiles for prospective management contracts and strategic partnerships.

Monitor macro‑ and micromarket dynamics, including rent trends, occupancy drivers, ownership activity, and regulatory shifts, translating insights into actionable business development priorities.

Drive innovation in service offerings, pricing structures, and business models to enhance competitive differentiation and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the multifamily and broader real estate market.

Serve as representative of the company at industry conferences, executive meetings, and key networking events to elevate brand presence, enhance credibility, and generate high‑quality leads.

Ability to travel up to 50%

You Have Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, marketing, or a related field; and equivalent blend of education and relevant professional experience will also be considered.

3+ years of proven success managing multifamily or mixed‑use properties, with a track record of meeting or exceeding operational and financial targets

5+ years of experience driving measurable growth within B2B marketing, business development, or sales functions, preferably in real estates or property services.

Comprehensive understanding of multifamily operations, including leasing strategies, market trends, ownership expectations, and compliance with industry standards.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, craft persuasive proposals, and develop strategic plans that support property performance and portfolio growth.

Establish success in building and sustaining strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and other key real estate stakeholders.
