Our portfolio includes new construction and alterations for residential, commercial, educational, and religious projects across both public and private sectors.
We are seeking a Junior Draftsperson with at least one year of professional experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with project architects and principals, gain hands‑on experience, and contribute to high‑profile projects.
Responsibilities
Prepare and update architectural construction documents. Create, revise, and maintain drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Support project coordination, submittals, and documentation (bid sets, DOB filings, construction sets). Collaborate with consultants (structural, MEP) and internal team members to resolve project issues. Review drawings for accuracy and completeness; ensure compliance with NYC Building Codes. Assist in maintaining project schedules and meeting deadlines across public and private sector projects. Utilize Bluebeam and Adobe InDesign for document preparation and presentation materials. Qualifications
Minimum one (1) year of professional experience as a Draftsperson or Junior Architectural Designer. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe InDesign is required. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field preferred. Knowledge of NYC Department of Buildings processes and local codes is a plus. Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment and meet project deadlines.
