Capital Markets Paralegal
to join the team in
Boston.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree required; ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred
8+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience with IPO and public company work
Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, ’34 Act reporting, Section 16, Rule 144, and related compliance matters
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms including Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, SEC/EDGAR, CapMx, ShareWorks, and Carta
Highly organized, detail-driven, and effective in written and verbal communication
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and advance capital markets transactions, including IPOs and other public offerings
Prepare and manage SEC, FINRA, and stock exchange filings, along with supporting documentation and disclosure materials
Lead due diligence efforts, assemble transaction documents, and support transfer agent and stockholder processes
Oversee closing logistics, signature collection, and post-closing documentation
Maintain secure, well-organized records and conduct targeted legal and factual research
What Success Looks Like
Regulatory filings and transaction materials are accurate, complete, and delivered on time
Offerings and public company matters move forward efficiently with minimal oversight
Deadlines are consistently met across multiple active matters
Attorneys and stakeholders rely on you for organized, proactive execution
Salary Range: $100,000 – 110,000 annually, based on experience
