Your Mission
You will architect and execute a global sales strategy that drives exponential growth and positions our client as the partner of choice for AI-led industrial transformation.
This is more than a sales leadership role. It’s a chance to build something lasting.
What You’ll Own
Global Growth Strategy – Define and execute a scalable international sales strategy that accelerates revenue and market leadership.
Team Building at Scale – Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing direct and indirect sales organization across regions.
Insight-Led Selling – Institutionalise Challenger Sales and embed an insight-driven, value-first customer approach.
Strategic Relationships – Engage C-level leaders at leading manufacturers and OEMs; co-sell with technology partners to expand global reach.
Market Expansion – Identify new segments, partnerships, and routes to market that unlock sustainable growth.
Revenue Predictability – Establish disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and seamless cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Leadership Impact – Contribute to overall company strategy as a member of the leadership team.
What You Bring
You’ve led enterprise sales organisations before — and you’ve done it in complex, industrial environments where credibility matters and value must be proven.
Experience & Expertise
Senior sales leadership experience (Director, VP, or equivalent) in industrial software, manufacturing solutions, AI, IIoT, or related fields
Proven success building and scaling international B2B enterprise sales teams
Deep expertise in complex sales cycles and methodologies such as Challenger Sales
Strong understanding of manufacturing, automation, and digital transformation
Executive-level communication skills with a track record of closing C-level deals
Background
Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
Fluent English; German is an advantage
Willingness to travel internationally
