with deep expertise in banking and payments to drive strategy, product development, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in top-tier banks or payment companies and a proven track record of launching and scaling payment products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end
payment and banking product strategy
and roadmap
Define product vision, requirements, and prioritization based on business needs and market trends
Collaborate with
business, technology, and operations teams
to deliver innovative payment solutions
Drive
digital banking and payment transformation initiatives
Ensure products comply with
regulatory, risk, and operational standards
Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements
Required Skills & Experience
8–12 years of experience in
product management in banking or payments
Strong knowledge of
payment systems, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and regulatory frameworks
Experience working with
cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at senior levels
Proven track record of
launching and scaling banking or payment products
Excellent strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
digital payments, fintech platforms, or real‑time payment systems
Familiarity with
SWIFT, ISO 20022, RTGS, ACH, or card networks
Prior experience in
consulting or large‑scale transformation programs
