Sales Administration Coordinator.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Order Fulfillment department and the sales order process.
To include getting equipment ready to invoice
Daily responsibilities within NAXT, our cloud based ERP system built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. These responsibilities include invoicing projects, sales support opportunities/quotes/contract ID verification, and project management support project kickoff/purchase orders/audits/project closeout
Creating new make and model equipment options within NAXT as needed
Ordering CAT equipment through CSQ platform for P&E Sales and Rental Teams
Organize, assign, and manage CAT correspondence pertaining to updated delivery times, price changes, and audits
Routinely updating New Sales tracking and financial metric spreadsheets
Scoring serialized units and warranty enrollment communication
Working with the Sales, Project Management, Credit, and Finance departments
Assisting with resolutions to invoicing, sales, service, parts, or related fields.
Assisting with the revenue recognition process
Create new prospect accounts within NAXT CE Sales and maintain customer accounts
General management of files, documents, and other related sales/project records and answering of phones and other duties as assigned.
Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications
NAXT Dynamics 365 experience is preferred
Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
Work with limited supervision; possess basic to intermediate accounting knowledge
Ability to operate general office equipment
Basic knowledge of entire product line
Organized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Work efficiently in a fast paced environment
Ability to meet deadlines
Resolve problems and make sound decisions
Ability to learn new systems and processes.
Basic / intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Mechanical aptitude
Demonstrate a positive attitude
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
Ability to work overtime when required.
