Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and implement a diverse range of recreational and social activities. Supervise and train activity staff and volunteers. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to resident care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies. Qualifications
Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist (CTRS) or Certified Activity Director (CAD) required. Minimum of two years of experience in a social or recreational program within the last five years, including at least one year in a healthcare setting. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
