Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.### The Director of Technical Operations will be a key leader in the Commercial, Network\Provider, and Affiliate organization ensuring the effective delivery and utilization of tech assets and budget. They will insure the effective utilization of over 500 colleagues, >1000 contractors and >100M budget toward our key goals and objectives. They will interact with multiple levels of the organization to ensure our operational initiatives such as security implementations, audits, cloud utilization, business continuity planning, tech debt remediation, and devsecops maturity are tracked\completed flawlessly. This is an exciting role and will be consistently engaged in a multitude of interactions with our CNP leadership team as well as Aetna Technology leaders.### This is a role that should be foundationally built on a person familiar with technology execution and fulfillment. They need to be constantly inquisitive asking why, digging into true root cause while serving as a liaison between our Aetna Technology initiatives and our delivery leaders/teams.### Expectations for the Role* ### Drive and coordinate enterprise strategies with commercial, network\provider, and affiliates technology leaders to ensure meaningful goals and targets are set.* ### Serve as a technical leader who translates complex technology concepts into clear, actionable communication for business and technology audiences.* ### Oversee and orchestrate key operational initiatives, ensuring risks, issues, and* ### Ability to dive deep into business or tech initiatives, simplify the opportunity statement, and help establish business cases, OKRs and solution paths.* ### Lead organizational communication strategy, including content development, leadership updates, and coordination of major meetings and events.* ### Organize, monitor, and drive the full utilization of capital, operational, and expense budgets.### ### **Required Qualifications*** ### 10+ years coordinating business strategies within a large complex organization of 1,000+ employees including executive leaders.* ### 7+ years in a technical role with firm understanding of technical concepts such as SDLC, Compliance, AI, and Security* ### 7+ years of performance management and leadership experience* ### 7+ years of established background building successful business cases.* ### 7+ years establishing clear communications for a large organization (Town Halls, Quarterly Meetings, and other key meetings.### **Preferred Qualifications*** ### Experience working with financial processes such as: budgets and forecasts.* ### Experience working within a large technical organization.* ### Comfortable challenging and working with all levels of leadership and colleague.* ### Experience with creating executive presentations using data visualization tools.* ### Proven experience as a self-driver### ### **Education**### Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.### ###**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$144,200.00 - $288,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
