Marketing Senior Manager, Strategy & Brand Innovation - TAVNEOS What you will do The Marketing Senior Manager, Strategy & Brand Innovation will play a critical role in shaping and advancing data-driven tools and innovative go-to-market strategies for TAVNEOS. Reporting to the Marketing Director of Strategy & Brand Innovation, this role will lead the incubation, development, and scaling of advanced commercial platforms and pilots, while supporting cross-functional strategic planning and ensuring strong brand stewardship.

This position is designed for a strategic marketer who thrives at the intersection of innovation, analytics, and execution, and who can translate complex data and emerging capabilities into meaningful commercial impact.

Marketing Innovation & Data Strategy Support

Lead, build upon, and evaluate data-driven platforms focused on rare disease patient identification that are integral to the brand’s go-to-market strategy, in close partnership with Field Sales, Data Science, CD&A, and other functional teams.

Incubate, evaluate and scale strategic field-facing pilots, including virtual field teams and AI-enabled data leads.

Partner with the field leadership and the training team to ensure pilot field teams demonstrate consistent, confident customer engagement.

Develop, refine, and deploy field-directed resources that clearly link brand strategy to as part of go-to-market pull-through.

Represent brand priorities in pilot measurement planning, ensuring outputs are actionable and aligned to brand strategy.

Drive cross-functional working groups to facilitate alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of key insights and outcomes.

Support case development for innovation initiatives, including defining objectives, success metrics, resource requirements, and value realization.

Partner with leadership to embed new capabilities into brand working norms, including AI-based tools, data-enabled decision-making, and Amgen Brand Management guidelines.

Strategic Planning Support

Support the annual Cross-Functional Strategic Brand Plan process, ensuring deliverables are clearly defined, inputs are synthesized, and timelines are met.

Help advance progress on longer-term Phase of Growth initiatives, providing structure, progress tracking, and strategic insights to support sustained brand growth.

Basic Qualifications

Doctorate degree and 2 years of commercial functions or project management experience

Master’s degree and 4 years of commercial functions or project management experience

Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of commercial functions or project management experience

Associate’s degree and 10 years of commercial functions or project management experience

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of commercial functions or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare commercial functions (e.g., marketing, sales, analytics), with exposure to brand management and work within regulated environments

Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations

Demonstrated eye for business, connecting critical initiatives to commercial outcomes and long-term growth objectives

Proven experience leading or contributing to data-driven marketing platforms, analytics initiatives, or innovation pilots from concept through execution

Ability to incubate, test, and scale innovative go-to-market approaches, including AI-enabled or advanced analytics solutions

Strong understanding of measurement frameworks, critical metrics, and performance evaluation in a commercial marketing context

Experience partnering closely with Data Science, CD&A, Field Sales, Digital, and other cross-functional teams to drive impact

Proven ability to influence collaborators and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority

Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives in fast-paced, evolving environments

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior leadership audiences

Comfortable operating in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments, balancing experimentation with executional rigor

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
