
We’re looking for a
Creative Director
who can both
think big and create hands‑on .
This role owns
all content
– visual and written – across our website, social media, campaigns, and beyond.
You’ll shape how our brand shows up in the world and turn product features into stories people actually want to watch.
What you’ll do
Own the creative vision across web, social, and campaigns
Translate brand, product and features into visual storytelling
Come up with non-traditional ideas: TikTok‑style videos, UGC, story‑driven content
Create content yourself when needed (phone, camera, AI tools—whatever gets it done)
Direct and manage photographers, videographers, designers, writers, and editors
Plan photo/video shoots (concepts, shot lists, talent, locations, props)
Be on‑set to keep things moving and make sure we get the right shots—on‑brand, on time
Run our customer content creator (UGC) program
Use AI to speed up workflows and scale creative output
Keep everything on‑brand, fresh, and fun
Big plus if you…
Are comfortable
creating content yourself
Know how to shoot photos or video (even casually—this isn’t just managing)
Are comfortable
in front of the camera
Love experimenting with AI for creative work
Run your own social and have real platform instincts—trends, hooks, pacing, and content that moves people
Are familiar with electric bikes (huge plus, but not required)

We’re a small, growing brand—this is
not a six‑figure role
