This role combines traditional client service responsibilities with proactive relationship development and cross-selling expectations.
The CSR will manage and service their own client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand deposit relationships, promote banking products, and support branch growth initiatives. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, business development ability, and a professional presence.
Serve as the primary service contact for assigned banking clients
Open and service deposit accounts in compliance with bank policies
Proactively cross-sell bank products and services to existing and prospective clients
Conduct outbound calls to generate new client opportunities and strengthen relationships
Network within the community to support branch growth initiatives
Maintain ongoing follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Meet established sales and referral goals
Ensure compliance with KYC, BSA, and internal regulatory requirements
Represent the bank with professionalism at all times
Qualifications
Prior banking or financial services experience preferred
Experience in sales, cross-selling, or relationship development
Strong communication and networking abilities
Ability to manage and grow a client portfolio independently
Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
