Tampa Bay Girls Academy – Secure is comprised of multiple co‑located residential commitment programs serving high‑risk and max‑risk female youth aged 12‑21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence‑based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.

What you will do The Clinical Director position expectations are to support the clinical department providing mental health assessment and individual/group counseling sessions, continually monitoring and documenting youth’s overall adjustment and mental health well‑being while being under Rite of Passage (ROP). The Assistant Clinical Director position belongs to a multi‑disciplinary team who will develop and assure the implementation of a therapeutic plan and facilitate transfers and reunification planning for the youths. It is required for the Assistant Clinical Director position to maintain a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitive information they would be handling.
Qualifications
Master's degree in psychology, Family Therapy, or Social Work with current state licensure. Licensure must be maintained with photocopies on file.
Prior clinical and administrative experience in a residential setting, and a background in working with adolescent offenders and their families is preferred.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical exam.
Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
