Reports to: Chagrin History Center Board of Trustees
The Chagrin History Center seeks a dynamic, mission-driven Executive Director to lead fundraising, community engagement, and museum operations. As the organization’s executive officer and public representative, this role works closely with the Board of Trustees to increase financial support, expand community connections, develop additional programming, and advance the History Center’s mission of preserving and sharing local history.
The Executive Director leads donor cultivation, membership growth, grant writing, sponsorships, and fundraising events while strengthening partnerships with community organizations, educators, and local stakeholders. This role also provides leadership for museum operations, staff and volunteers, and the development of high-quality exhibits, programs, and public events aligned with museum best practices.
