Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in St Louis metro area. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. The position includes tasks such as coordinating service delivery, providing tailored solutions to client challenges, overseeing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Additionally, the Account Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Strong client relationship management and customer service skills

Experience in sales, account management, or business development

Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

Proven organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in CRM software and general computer applications

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with the recycling, waste management, or foodservice industries is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations as needed
